aafaq Islamic Finance granted ISO 9001:2008

aafaq Islamic Finance has been granted ISO 9001:2008 with regard to quality management system. This system provides a number of requirements that help aafaq satisfy its clients through its services which meet the clients expectations, as well as these requirements  include the necessary requirements for developing the quality management system continuously. The ISO has been obtained after strict review by BSI which is the British standard institute assigned by the International Organization for Standardization to grant the Certificate of Conformity.
aafaq granted this certificate as a result of providing Quality standards and high quality products and services continuously to its strategic partners and clients and for its role in providing Islamic Finance products and governmental services through its branches which exceeded 54 branches across the country.

ISO certificate 9001: 2008 represents a set of basic international standards include some of principles among the quality management system, issued and maintained by the “International Organization for Standardization”. The certificate sets a number of quality indicators including how the clients are being treated, support of the executive department, focusing on operation management systems, management & commitment of continuous development which includes integral approach for managing all business activities.
