Eligibility and Documents

APPLICATION ELIGIBILITY

  • Age 21 to 65 years old
  • Length of Employment for Salaried: 6 months (minimum).
  • Length of business for Self-Employed UAE Nationals: Less than 1 year (minimum).
  • Length of business for Self-Employed Expatriates: 1 year to less than 2 years (minimum).
  • Length of business for Companies: 2 years (minimum).

FINANCE AMOUNT & TENURE

  • Maximum AED 1,000,000 /-
  • Maximum tenure up to 5 years for individuals.
  • Down payment starting from 20%

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED - GENERAL

  • Original Passport and valid emirates ID.
  • Original Labour Card.
  • Original Kulasat Qaid (For UAE Nationals).
  • Filled financing application form.
  • Vehicle Quotation/ Invoice.
  • Latest 6 months personal bank statements.
  • Processing / Arrangement fees.
  • Liability Letter if applicable.
  • Post-dated cheques from Salary Account / Personal Bank Account.
  • Undated cheque for total Murabaha amount.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED - SALARIED

  • Salary certificate (UAE Nationals & Residents) stating position, length of service, basic salary and other allowances.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED - SELF EMPLOYED / COMPANIES

  • Trade License.
  • Chamber of Commerce Registration.
  • Company Bank statement for the past 3 months.
  • Copy of Bank Facility Letter/s (if applicable, i.e. if enjoying any credit facilities from other banks).
  • Memorandum of Association/Power of Attorney (as applicable)
